Patrick’s passion for cheese bloomed as a child, pedaling his tricycle through the streets of Paris to reach the local cheese shop. Fascinated by the array of shapes, sizes, colors and tastes, he went on to study the craft of cheesemaking and build his own business. Made in Corvallis, Pascal Affinage European-style cheeses are meant to be enjoyed with family and friends.
“The fun and laughter of those yesteryears made for indelible memories and helped me understand the importance of the ‘joie de vivre,’” he said.
