Brand and
Communications Guide

We believe in the power and potential of brands when they come together. To support our partnership with makers, we’ve created these guidelines to help you share on-brand messages about the distribution of your products at our store, whether on your social media channels, your website, or in news releases.

Preferred Logos & Logo Guidelines

Do

  • Keep clear space around the logo.

  • Use approved colors only.

  • Maintain minimum size for readability.

  • Use provided SVGs for digital and PNGs for most quick uses.

Don’t

  • Stretch, outline, crop, or recolor the logo.

  • Place the logo on busy or low-contrast backgrounds.

  • Add effects, shadows, or filters.

  • Use old versions of the Market of Choice logo.

Preferred Logos

Alternate Logos

Logo Options: We have provided you with four options for logos. The dark versions should be used against lighter backgrounds. The lighter option is for darker backgrounds. Legibility should determine the most appropriate version. The horizontal version of the logo is preferred. In instances where space is limited, the vertical or stacked version can be used. Please follow clear space guidelines and do not “lock-up” our logo with any other logos. Elements in our logo should not be separated. Do not rotate, skew, warp or non-proportionally scale our logo.

Channel Guidelines

Social

People want to know what you’re up to, into, and what goes on behind the scenes. Market of Choice posts frequently on Instagram and Facebook, and loves to share fun, authentic, honest content from our partners.

If you are conducting a sampling in one of our stores, and would like to share it or highlight your presence on our shelves, you’re welcome to post. Please avoid showing pricing for your or other products, and make sure all content is suitable for all audiences.

Please remember that all demos are scheduled through the store team members.

  • Tag @marketofchoice when posting.

  • Use images that do not show shelf price tags, customers or store employees without prior approval. You may highlight a sale price but please always include the end date of the particular sale shown.
  • Avoid filters or edits that alter how products or stores look.
  • Use hashtags when relevant (#marketofchoice).

  • If you received products or compensation, follow FTC disclosure rules.
  • Our social media platforms focus on our departments, local makers and local farms/ranches. We do not post about national brands and paid posts are not offered.

  • Collab posts are available for regional and local brands but are not guaranteed and need prior approval. Collabs need to focus on new items, local brands, seasonal flavors, Lifestyle Choice product (organic, gluten free, plant based, paleo/keto, vegan), or participation in an MOC event.

  • To participate in our social media efforts, please fill out this form.
