Brazi Bites

After moving to the U.S. from Brazil, nostalgic memories of her family’s spontaneous gatherings and great food prompted Junea to call her mother in Brazil to get the recipe for Brazilian Cheese Bread. She and her husband Cameron made their first batch of the traditional bread at home in 2009. The joy of biting into the light, fluffy bread sparked the idea to share the beloved tradition with others.

However, there was one obstacle standing in the way. Brazilian Cheese Bread is traditionally made with “minas” cheese, which is only available in Brazil. So, Junea had to get innovative. After experimenting with dozens of cheeses, she finally achieved a batch of cheese bread that would make her mother proud.

It wasn’t long before the couple was sampling their cheese bread at a food show. It was a success! The next few years found the couple traveling across the country spreading the word about their delicious cheesy creation.

Brazi Bites are made according to an authentic family recipe using only the finest, hand-picked ingredients and nothing artificial. And, because they’re crafted with tapioca flour, they are naturally gluten-free. They are also Certified Gluten-Free.

Junea and Cameron are on a mission to create joyful moments through Latin-inspired foods that are naturally gluten-free and made with clean ingredients. Convenient, freezer-to-oven Brazi Bites can be found in the freezer aisle at your local Market of Choice.
