La Familia Cider Company

La Familia Cider Company is a family-run craft cidery in Salem, Oregon, inspired by the vibrant flavors of traditional Mexican aguas frescas. Founded in 2017 by the Gonzalez family, they blend crisp Northwest apples with tropical fruits and herbs to create ciders like Jamaica (hibiscus) and Guayaba (guava) that are as refreshing as they are unique.

Their cozy Cider House, which opened in 2020, is a welcoming space to sip something delicious and connect with friends. Giving back is part of the Gonzalez family DNA, too: a portion of every sale supports local nonprofits that help families navigate the legal immigration process.

It’s no surprise La Familia has been recognized for its creativity and community spirit — including being named Manufacturer of the Year by the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce.
