Please review the information packet and complete the downloadable forms for our consideration. The guide and forms apply to Oregon vendors only. You can submit the forms by sending an email and attachments to newvendor@marketofchoice.com.

All other vendors wishing to sell to Market of Choice should work through local distributors or brokers for placement, or submit a request through email to newvendor@marketofchoice.com.
