Nut-tricious Foods

Nut-Tritious Foods Nut Butters were originally created for those who love peanut butter but have sensitivities to peanuts. A line of seed butters was added for those with sensitivities to tree nuts. However, when Veronica Palazzo bought out the company in 2020, she relaunched the products with a whole new look, and removed all sugars for those with glucose sensitivities. The results are delicious, naturally flavored, super-nutritious butters you can eat straight from the jar, add to smoothies and salad dressings, or even cook or bake with.

“We start by roasting the nuts and seeds to bring out their natural flavor, then chia seeds, flax, quinoa, hemp seeds and sunflower seeds are blended in for a boost of amino acids and micronutrients,” Veronica said.

Nut-Tritious Foods nut and seed butters come in four delicious varieties that are perfect for health-conscious individuals looking for nut butters without the sugar. Enjoy Cashew, Pumpkin Seed, Pistachio, and Hazelnut & Chocolate. They’re vegan, gluten-free, dairy free and cold processed to preserve the healthy fats. Nut-Tritious nut and seed butters are so nutrient-dense that they’re perfect for athletes in training, growing children and anyone who wants to have a healthier diet.

“The most joy I get from my business is watching people get excited when they realize they can have nut butters because they do not have sugar,” Veronica said.

She reports that having her nut and seed butters on the shelves at Market of Choice has helped the company evolve in a positive direction.

“We’ve definitely extended our reach which makes us feel really good because we’re very proud of our nut butters,” Veronica said.
