Olympia Provisions supports a network of small, GAP-certified, family owned local farms that provide them with pasture-raised, vegetarian-fed pork with no hormones or antibiotics ever. Purchasing the entire animal from their cluster of carefully selected farms, they make products that are minimally processed with no artificial ingredients, using every piece for a zero-waste animal agricultural system. It’s a model that incentivizes responsible pastured farming, ethical treatment of animals and a positive impact on the environment.
