Market of Choice is extremely proud to be a member of Good Food Merchants Alliance. Our commitment, along with others in the alliance, is to support and empower American craft food producers and each other.
The Good Food Foundation amplifies the hardworking and dedicated people of our food system who are driving toward, in their words, “Tasty, authentic and responsible food in order to humanize and reform our American food culture.” The foundation works to build support for the growers, ranchers, makers and merchants “stubbornly swimming upstream to create and share the kind of food we all want to eat.”
Grocers committed to stocking truly good food need to support each other and the communities they serve. Members of the Good Food Merchants Alliance meet, connect and learn from each other. In June 2019, the Good Food Foundation launched its annual Merchants Alliance Summit – a place to share best practices for financial, environmental and social sustainability.
