At Market of Choice, we’re all about fresh-baked goodness — and yes, we really do it from scratch every single day. Our breads and rolls are made with top-notch, locally sourced ingredients, and our seasonal lineup keeps things exciting. Think cozy winter rolls, burger-ready buns in the summer, and craveable loaves (sweet and savory) all year long. Oh — and we’ve got delicious vegan options, too!

Artisan Bread that’s baked with love — and a little personality

Our Bakers are true bread nerds (the best kind). They mix, ferment, shape, and bake each loaf with care — even our sourdough starters have names like Fifi and George, and they get fed daily to keep them strong and flavorful.

We’re proud to use flours from local favorites Camas Country Mill and Shepherd’s Grain, both sustainably grown (Shepherd’s Grain is regeneratively farmed!) right here in the Pacific Northwest.
