Recipe from SINGING DOG VANILLA

Ingredients
Vanilla Whipped Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
2 tbsp Sugar (optional)
1 tbsp Singing Dog Vanilla Bean Paste
Creamy Hot Chocolate
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ cup unsweetened cocoa
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt (may substitute vanilla salt)
6 ½ cups 2% milk
Steps
Vanilla Whipped Cream
Pour cream into a mixing bowl and add the Singing Dog Vanilla Bean Paste and Sugar. Mix with whisk or an electric mixer on medium/high speed until stiff peaks form in the cream (about 2-3 minutes). Refrigerate covered and wait to put on top of hot chocolate.
Creamy Hot Chocolate
In a large saucepan, over medium heat, add sweetened condensed milk, unsweetened cocoa, Singing Dog Vanilla Pure Vanilla Extract, and Vanilla Salt. Stir until combined. Slowly add in Milk. Carefully heat while stirring often. Do not allow it to boil. Remove from heat and pour into mugs and allow to cool slightly. Top with vanilla whipped cream and enjoy!
