Lucinda Veggie Burgers

A coating of Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds adds delicious texture to this burger.

¼ c hot water
⅓ c Lucinda’s Plant-Based Curry Veggie Burger Mix
¼ c Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ c raw sesame seeds
1 T sesame oil


Add the hot water to the curry veggie burger mix, stir and let sit 2 to 3 min until it rehydrates.

Combine Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds in a bowl. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan.

Form a burger patty while the rehydrated mix is still warm, then dip patty into the Parmesan and sesame seed mixture to coat both sides.

When sesame oil is heated to sizzle, brown both sides of the burger in the pan. Serve on a bed of rice with stir-fried vegetables or chopped spinach.
