Oregon Cheese Monger Pizza

This pizza pulls several all-Oregon ingredients together for a pie full of local flavor. Try adding your own favorites and make it fit your style.

1 lb. Market of Choice pizza dough
2 T extra virgin olive oil
1 Olympia Provisions Chorizo link, sliced
4 oz Don Froylan Oaxacan cheese, shredded
2 oz Face Rock Creamery cheddar, shredded
2 oz Market of Choice fresh mozzarella, sliced
2 oz Mama Lil’s chilis, drained
2 oz Flavor Society Chili Crisp
Basil and parsley, leaves only for garnish


Preheat oven to 400F. Toss/stretch pizza dough gently to desired size. Place dough on parchment lined work surface for easy transfer to oven. Brush crust with olive oil. Add cheeses, chorizo and chilis and transfer to oven directly on parchment paper on middle oven rack for 15 min. until bubbling and golden brown. Transfer to work surface and top with chili crisp and herbs. Cut into 8 slices and serve immediately.
