Many items on our shelves are straight from local vendors: people who are passionate about creating something wholesome, better—the way it was always meant to be. Your Oregon Market is the place to find fresh, locally made products.

Whether you like to cook, meal prep, stock a pantry, or simply buy good, ready-to-heat food that’s done in minutes, you’ll always find premium choices in our well-stocked aisles. Salsa Garcia

Salsa Garcia – Eugene

Patricia Garcia-Rogers grew up in the small desert town of Calexico, California, just across the border from the city of Mexicali. She was raised on Baja-style cuisine where bold salsas are a large part of every dish. “Once I became an adult and traveled to different places, I discovered that I couldn’t find those flavors that I loved,” she says. “Later in life, I found the opportunity to pursue my dream and start my own business sharing the flavors I grew up with.” Patricia’s business, Salsa Garcia, which is based in Eugene, makes smooth and flavorful dipping sauces that double as excellent cooking sauces. They make Original and Salsa Verde, both available in medium and hot. “Salsa Garcia is all about the flavor,” she says. “We make authentic, blended, Mexican salsas inspired by my family where we value wholesome, rich, flavorful Latin American comfort food.”

Koa Roots

Koa Roots – Sandy

Robert Batulayan and Kristy Mollena are all about family, and their Sandy-based company, Koa Roots, reflects their strong family bonds. As a small business, they rely on family members in Oregon and visiting family members from Hawaii to help with the small-batch production of their fruit butters and smoked brown butters. “Koa Roots started because we wanted to share our passion for food and to show respect to the places we call home, Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest,” says Kristy. “The process for all our products are a labor of love, done by hand in small batches, to express who we are and where we come from. Koa Roots truly embodies who we are, and our roots are in every one of our products.” Koa Roots makes four plant-based fruit butters: Passion Fruit, Guava, Blueberry and Marionberry. These fruit butters don’t solidify, making them ideal as a base for cocktails, mocktails, lemonades, glazes, marinades and salad dressings.
