Xicha Brewing (pronounced chee-chah) is Oregon’s first Latinx-owned brewery, and they’re on a mission to blend craft beer, culture, and community in the most delicious way possible. Founded in Salem, Oregon, Xicha brings people together with bold brews, amazing food, and a whole lot of heart. Their beers are inspired by Latin American flavors and traditions — think cerveza with soul — and their kitchen dishes out vibrant, scratch-made meals to match.
