Elegant Elephant Baking Co. was founded in 2012 by Jesse Scarola with a simple, powerful idea: everyone deserves to sit down for a coffee and a pastry—no matter their dietary needs. As a 100% gluten-free, scratch bakery, Elegant Elephant creates baked goods using locally and organically sourced ingredients and seven carefully crafted flour blends. With no local gluten-free bakeries at the time, Jesse set out to build an inclusive space where people with and without Celiac disease could gather, indulge, and feel right at home. Here, all are truly welcome.
