Sebastiano’s is the creation of husband-and-wife team Dan and Elise Gold, who signed their lease just one month before the Covid-19 shutdown and opened at the height of the pandemic in June 2020.

The two met at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, moved to Portland in 2008 and—after a life-changing trip to Sicily in 2019—found the inspiration for Sebastiano’s. Today, their olive oil reflects a blend of family history, culinary craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for the community they serve. Find Sebastiano’s Sicilian Olive Oil at your local Market of Choice.
