An assortment of dark greens
1 cup fresh cherries
2 oz goat brie
2 Prosciutto slices
1 sprinkle almond slivers
1 tbsp finely chopped thyme
2 tbsp Durant Olive Mill Tuscan EVOO
12 tbsp Aperö passion fruit vinegar
Salt & Pepper


1. Slice pits out of cherries and cut cherries in half.
2. Crumble pieces of goat brie.
3. Slice prosciutto pieces.
4. Drizzle most of olive oil and vinegar onto greens.
5. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and mix greens.
6. Add cherries, goat cheese crumbles, prosciutto, almonds, and thyme.
7. Drizzle remaining olive oil & vinegar, and mix minimally at this point.
