Pat the skin of the salmon as dry as possible.
In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together. Place salmon skin-side down on a small baking tray. Brush the top and sides of salmon with marinade; scatter lime leaves on top. Let sit at least 10-15 min.
Set oven broil function to high. When the broiler is very hot, slide in the marinated salmon and cook 4-5 min. Remove baking tray, flip salmon over, sprinkle sea salt on skin side and slide back under the broiler until skin crisps. Serve immediately and enjoy!
