Top Sirloin Steak Sandwich

This delectable entrée is perfect for summer barbecues.


Steak Sandwich
1 1/4 lb top sirloin steaks
1 T garlic, minced
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 T olive oil
1/4 t chili flakes

4 fresh ciabatta rolls *
fresh arugula, if desired
Willamette Valley Cheese Company Garlic Pepper Havarti
4 slices red peppers, roasted


Rub steaks with spiced and oil and grill to desired temperature (125° for rare, 135° for med). Let rest 10 min and slice thinly.

Lightly grill ciabatta rolls, spread with aioli. Top with sliced steak, roasted pepper slices, garlic pepper havarti and arugula.
