Rub steaks with spiced and oil and grill to desired temperature (125° for rare, 135° for med). Let rest 10 min and slice thinly.
Lightly grill ciabatta rolls, spread with aioli. Top with sliced steak, roasted pepper slices, garlic pepper havarti and arugula.
