Our MoC Chefs recommend cooking chicken on a medium hot grill, turning a few times to cook evenly to 165F internal temp, about 12-15 min. You can just as easily sear in skillet and/or roast in preheated 350F oven until 165F internal for same amount of time.

Simply serve mezze style surrounded by warmed pita, tabbouleh, baba ghanoush, dolmas, olives, and hummus for an easy summery meal.
