Keto Greek Chicken Skewers with Mezze

Your local Market of Choice makes keto cooking easy with a fresh and easy Greek skewer recipe. Simply cube, marinate, skewer, and grill the chicken. Serve with items from our Mezze Bar, like delicious baba ghanoush, tzatziki sauce, feta, and Greek olives. A classic tomato, cucumber, and onion salad is perfect alongside.

1.5 lb chicken breasts, chunked 2”
½ c Peri Peri sauce
2 T garlic, minced
2 T each oregano and mint, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper

Additional Ingredients

½ red onion, sliced thinly
1 cucumber, halved, seeded, and sliced ¼”
2 tomatoes, wedged
1 T fresh mint, chopped
3 T extra virgin olive oil
1 T red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 c each baba ganoush, feta, cauliflower tabbouleh, and tzatziki from the Mezze Bar
1 c Greek olives from the Olive Bar


Preheat the grill. Combine Peri Peri, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken in marinade and chill for up to four hours until ready to cook. Skewer chicken pieces as desired, grilling to 165F internal temp, about 8-10 min, turning often. Remove to serving plates. Toss sliced red onion with cucumber, tomato wedges, mint, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve immediately with remaining options alongside.
