Ingredients
Marinade
- 3 ea garlic cloves, minced
- 2 t sweet paprika
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 t caraway seeds
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
- 2 T vegetable oil
Skewers
- 1-1/2 lbs of Carlton Farms Pork Tenderloin, cut into 1-1/2 inch cubes
- 1 ea large sweet onion, cut into 2 inch dices
- 1/2 lb Carlton Farms Thick-cut Regular Bacon, cut into 1 inch dices.
- 8 wooden skewers
Steps
In a bowl, mix garlic with paprika, salt, caraway seeds, dry mustard, pepper and oil. Add the pork, toss to coat and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to overnight.
Light a charcoal grill. Thread onto 8 skewers, alternating the pork, onion and bacon.
Grill over medium heat, turning until browned and the pork is just cooked through, 15 min., 140F internal temp.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
